Tour description
Get an inside look into an unexplored site where only local people visit, just 1 hour and a half from the Puebla City, you will find the Aguacate waterfalls. To get there you’ll need to hike.
During this hike you will be in contact with nature and walk next to the huge and impressive Ahuehuetes trees, which normally grow where there is a lot of water. These trees are so large that they can measure from 2 to 14 meters wide, and their height can reach 30 meters, they are located next to a stream, where you will listen to the relaxing sound of the water.
With the local certified guide you will continue walking next to the stream until you get the Aguacate waterfalls, the color of these waters can vary from blue to emerald tones.
The total distance of this hiking trail is approximately 8km (4.9 miles) long. Some sections of the trail are flat, and others have tree roots and stones.
The time to get to the waterfall depends on the walking speed, an average time is 1 hour. On this tour you’ll also get free hotel pick-up and drop-off and a bottled water.
